A.L.A.Y.A. stands for Activating Leadership to Accomplish Your Ambitions. The purpose of A.L.A.Y.A is to help today's youth and adults realize that they are leaders. You can not lead if you are behind. It is up to us to activate the leader within ourselves. It does not matter what negative words people have spoken to you or about you it only matters what God says and what you believe is important. You can not consider yourself as a grasshopper look at yourself being bigger than grasshopper. It is one thing for other people to call you a grasshopper but when you call yourself a grasshopper that is another thing. So please know that you are greater than what other people may label you as. Do not let what people say about you define who you are.
A.L.A.Y.A will provide outreach programs via classes, field trips, and workshops. These programs are to help those individuals who are seeking to become effective leaders. A.L.A.Y.A will have motivational speakers to come and speak on issues that are relevant in today's society. A.L.A.Y.A. also has a coaching and a mentoring program for everyone. It is time for the leader that is in you to come forth! Go ahead and step out on faith and watch what God does for you! So come on Leader only you can unlock the door to your new beginning!
A.L.A.Y.A will stay committed to helping the youth of today. We recognize that our youth is our future. We believe that our youth of today can accomplish anything they put their minds and hearts to there is no limit. We realize that our youth of today have to deal with many pressures of the world and some come from broken families or maybe their environment is not stable. It is A.L.A.Y.A.'S intent to work with the youth and let them know that they do not have to become a product of their environment and that they can be a doctor, lawyer, engineer or even President of the United States! Our youth have to believe in themselves but most importantly they have to have the right support. Please join in with A.L.A.Y.A as we help our youth of today! We all need help!
